Delivery Information
Bianca du Val uses Royal Mail as their preferred carrier and offers four options for UK clients for delivery, one option for EU clients and one option for the rest of the world clients.

Standard Delivery
2-3 Working days: For our UK clients orders of clothes, we charge £3.95 for First Class and £6.95 & £8.75 for the Next Day Special Delivery (signed for) Service.  For footwear, we charge £6.95 for Next Day Service.

  • For orders up to £10.00 we offer First Class FREE Postage
  • For orders up to £24.98 we offer First Class Postage at £3.95
  • For orders up to to £74.99 we offer Special Delivery at £6.95
  • For orders from £75.00 to £300.00+ we offer Special Deliver at £8.75

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose the First Class option, your item(s) will not be traceable and if your item(s) are 'lost in the post', Bianca du Val will not be liable to replace the item(s).

  • If you are not home to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will take the package to the nearest Post Office and leave you details on how to collect it.
  • A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel.
  • Delivery is not possible on Sunday or Bank Holidays. In this instance, your parcel will be delivered to you on the next working day.
  • Please note 2-3 days is the standard time a delivery takes, but sometimes as a result of factors outside our control, delivery may take longer.
Next Day Delivery - Special Delivery
£6.95 or £8.75 - Depending on the value of your order.

Available between Monday to Thursday.
  • Orders must be placed before 11am on Thursday to ensure next day delivery.
  • Orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered on Saturday, they will be posted on Monday.
  • Orders place on Saturday/Sunday will be despatched on Monday and arrive with you on Tuesday.
  • You will be informed of a tracking number for your parcel so you can see its progress.
  • If you are not home to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will take the package to the nearest Post Office and leave you details on how to collect it.
  • A signature will be required on receipt of the parcel.
  • Delivery is not possible on Sunday or Bank Holidays. In this instance, your parcel will be delivered to you the next working day.
  • Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB, BT, IM, JE, GY.
  • Please note, due to circumstances out of our control, Royal Mail may not be able to deliver next day.  In this instance, please Contact Us and we can make a claim against Royal Mail.
EU Delivery
You can find out if we deliver to your Country by referring to our list of EU countries we deliver to.  If your Country is not on our list, we apologise but cannot deliver to you at the moment.

Allow up 7-10 working days for delivery.

£10.50 for clothes regardless of the size or value of your order.  Please enquire about EU postage for footwear.
  • You will be informed of a tracking number so you can see its progress.
  • A signature will be required on receipt of your parcel.
International Delivery
You can find out if we deliver to your Country by referring to our list of international countries we deliver to.  If your Country is not on our list, we apologise but cannot delivery to you at the moment.

Allow up to 25 working days.

We charge £20.00 for clothes regardless of the size or value of your order.  Please enquire about international postage for footwear.
  • You will be informed of a tracking number so you can see its progress.
  • A signature will be required on receipt of your parcel.
  • Once your parcel has arrived in your Country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to delivery procedures.
  • Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by Customs in your Country.  We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
